Helen McIntyre

Helen McIntyre, MBA, FACHE, serves as Executive Director for the University of Minnesota, Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders as well as Vice President of Operations for Fairview Ventures Group, the startup and entrepreneurial mining arm of the organization. Ms. McIntyre joined the Fairview organization five years ago and has an extensive background in leadership, quality/process improvement, business development, and operations in both acute and ambulatory care settings. She also brings previous experience in business start-up and turnaround, hybrid lean and has a passion for healthcare re-design/innovation.

Ms. McIntyre obtained her Master in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in Management from the School of Business at Cardinal Stritch University. Ms. McIntyre is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and currently serves as immediate Past President of the MN Chapter. She has served with honor on the Hemophilia Alliance Board of Directors in a variety of roles since 2015. McIntyre is also on the Advisory Board for the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management – Executive MBA program.
