Tell Us Your Story

The Hemophilia Alliance is collecting information on how HTCs have been able to handle the changing reimbursement environment. Have you had a claim denied? Were you able to overcome an eligibility issue or were told you that you were out of network but worked your way back in? Is there a particular payer that has a difficult (or easy) prior authorization process? Well, we want to know about it so we can share your experience and have others benefit.

We may wish to contact you about your submission, so be sure to provide a functioning email address and your first and last name below.

All information regarding your name and contact information will be treated as confidential and we will not share them without your explicit approval.

Please use the form below to write your story and send it to us with a just a click of the mouse!
