Mr. Woods has a twenty-five year background in building and managing alternate site healthcare businesses, including specialty pharmacy, home infusion therapy, and durable medical equipment. He has held positions in operations, marketing, and business development with organizations that include Accredo Health Services, National Medical Care, and Baxter international. Since 1993, Ralph has overseen the clotting factor distribution program for the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders at BloodCenter of Wisconsin.

Ralph served as a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Hemophilia Alliance Group Purchasing Organization, and continues to serve as Treasurer and Board Member of the Hemophilia Alliance.

Ralph lives with his wife, Leslie in Racine, Wisconsin. They have three daughters, two grandsons, and enjoy boating on Lake Michigan in the summertime.
