Tamara Vogel

Tammy currently serves as the Practice Manager of the Hemophilia Center at Oregon Health & Science University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University and is currently pursuing her MBA. Tammy has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years. Tammy manages the 340B factor sales program as well as the clinical, outreach, and research operations at the Hemophilia Center. She has had a variety of responsibilities both in her role with the Hemophilia Center and within the Oregon Health & Science University organization. She participates in payer contracting and reimbursement issues, leads quality improvement initiatives, and administers a state financial assistance program.

Helping clients maintain access to care and factor is a passion of Tammy’s and she remains actively involved in counseling and coaching clients in the pursuit of coverage. She also serves as an advisor on the board of the Hemophilia Foundation of Oregon and participates in many hemophilia community activities.

Tammy enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of karaoke. She is a sun seeker and makes regular trips to Palm Springs and other sunny locals.
