Elizabeth Sandon-Kleiboer

Beth is the Coagulation Disorders Program Manager for Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Psychology. Beth worked in Neonatal Services for 14 years before joining the Hemophilia Program in 1995.

As Program Manager, Beth supervises staff for patient care, coordinates education services for patients and families, and oversees data management, research activities and grant management. The 340B factor program was started in 1995, and Beth has worked closely with the hospital outpatient pharmacy since its inception, managing inventory, billing and contracts, and patient home care services.

Beth is committed to serving patients with bleeding and clotting disorders to provide caring and supportive services with the goal of lowering costs while maintaining optimum outcomes. She was honored as Nurse of the Year in 2002 by the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan. She has served on the board of directors for Hemophilia Alliance since 2013.

Beth is married and has three adult children who share a passion for healthcare issues. She enjoys gardening, quilting and spending time whenever possible with her 10 siblings.
