Joseph Bailey

Joseph Bailey, PharmD, MBA, CSP, is the Manager of Pharmacy and Drug Distribution at Versiti Wisconsin, Inc., and the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders Hemophilia Treatment Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, he oversees the HTC’s 340B specialty pharmacy and serves as Versiti’s Designated Representative for drug wholesale distribution operations.

Dr. Bailey earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2010 and completed an MBA with a healthcare emphasis at West Texas A&M University in 2018. In 2023, he achieved the Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) credential from the Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board.

With over a decade of experience in specialty and community pharmacy management, Dr. Bailey has specialized expertise in bleeding disorder management through both specialty pharmacy services and wholesale distribution. He is licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan and actively participates in wholesale distribution operations in Wisconsin and Illinois.
