Hemophilia Alliance Genetic Testing Program
ELIGIBILITY FOR FREE TESTING:
Patients must be receiving care at a Hemophilia Alliance Member HTC and not be eligible for other genetic testing programs or studies. Patients must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- No insurance coverage
- Insurance does not cover genetic testing
- Cannot afford out-of-pocket expenses and are at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level
TESTING FOR:
- Von Willebrand Disease
- Hemophilia A
- Hemophilia B
TESTING LABS AND FORMS:
- Bloodworks Northwest – Washington State
- Versiti – Wisconsin
