Manufacturing Methods Plasma-derived. Thrombate III is made from large pools of human plasma donated at centers with the US.
Viral Safety Process Heat treatment in solution at 60°C ± 5°C for not less than 10 hours. Nanofiltration for effective removal of
viruses as small as 18 nm.
Route of Administration Bolus intravenous infusion (over 10-20 minutes)

Storage Requirements/Shelf Life
  • Store at room temperature not to exceed 25°C (77°F).
