Heidi Lane

Past Chair

Heidi D Lane, DPT, PCS, is the physical therapist (since 1997) and program coordinator (since 2015) at the Utah Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders at Primary Children’s Hospital (formally Intermountain Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center at Primary Children’s Hospital) in Salt Lake City, UT. Heidi helped launch the center’s 340B factor program in 2009 and currently, in her role as program coordinator, she provides oversight to clinical operations and the 340B factor program. Heidi serves on the Mountain States Regional Executive Committee and the UDC Joint Outcome Group. She has previously served as the Region VIII Representative on the NHF Physical Therapy Working Group and has provided technical assistance to the National Hemophilia Program Coordinating Center’s (NHPCC) Regional Leadership Work Group as a member of the HP2020 indicator BDBS-16 Subgroup. Past honors and awards include: recipient of the National Hemophilia Foundation’s HTC Capacity Building Grant, “Emergency Preparedness for the Bleeding Disorders Community served by the IHTC”; the National Hemophilia Foundation Physical Therapy Excellence Fellowship in Hemophilia; and the National Hemophilia Foundation Physical Therapist of the Year.
