Stephanie Raymond

Stephanie Raymond is the Executive Director of Cascade Hemophilia Consortium. Prior to becoming its Executive Director, Stephanie served as Cascade’s Assistant Director from 1997 to 2014. In her role as executive director, she guides daily operations of 13 full and part-time staff, over 400 patients, and operates within networks of approximately 80 insurance payers. She manages the administration of Cascade’s multi-million dollar grant program to 17 Hemophilia Treatment Centers and 7 Hemophilia Foundations in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. In addition to the management of Cascade’s program, as a contract pharmacy, Stephanie and her staff manage 5 HTC 340B factor programs.

Over her 20 years with Cascade, Stephanie has been on the frontlines of the tremendous and complex changes in treatment of hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. She is committed to helping patients navigate these changes, and in educating the insurance industry on the many new treatments and benefits of the Hemophilia Treatment Center model of care.

She has extensive knowledge of the 340B Federal Drug Discount Program and its regulations, including patient definition and contract pharmacy administration.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Concordia University.

Stephanie is married and is “mom” to 2 mischievous boston terriers, Roxxi and Winston. She is a passionate supporter and volunteer of the Michigan Boston Terrier Rescue.
